Benspoke Guitars was established in 2020 to support Gippsland locals looking for someone to service and repair their guitars and basses to a high standard, who not only knows guitars and basses inside and out but is willing to cater to the needs and budgets of the individual musician and their instruments. I repair and service acoustic and electric guitars and basses for people no matter how cheap or expensive their instrument might be. Honest advice and great service is what I pride myself on and customers will always be kept in the loop with regards to pricing and available options for parts, that both fit their budget and project requirements. I work with schools, whose budgets are sometimes quite small, to help get their instruments back into the classroom where they belong, without costing a fortune and blowing their small yearly music budgets!
I offer my clients a wide range of services from re-stringing, to fret levelling, fret dressing and polishing, intonation, truss rod adjustment, general wiring and pickup modifications, hardware replacement and a range of general structural repairs; although, this depends on the severity of the damage in need of repair and the type of instrument. My clients will have their guitars and basses serviced and repaired by someone that knows guitars and basses very well, has 20+ years of experience repairing and building guitars and who has a passion for fixing them and getting them to play the best that they can, without breaking the bank!

INSTRUMENT DROP OFF: By appointment only on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays after 5pm; unless there is another time specifically arranged on a case by case basis. Drop-off is preferred; however, local pick-up or drop off may be available within a 25km range, but a $30 surcharge will apply to cover time and fuel costs. |
